CERAMIC

Henriikka Leppänen is a ceramicist and designer from North Karelia. Henriikka designs and manufactures his products in Joensuu. He graduated as a designer from Kuopio Design Academy in 2012.

"The company's name Kerafikka was born after lengthy wordplay, when I managed to combine the words ceramics and graphics. In the beginning, I made ceramic graphics, that is, I used graphics methods to print images on the surface of clay. Now I've taken up dredging and I mostly make tableware and interior design products. Nowadays, kerafikka means style, graphic ceramics."
